Restaurante Finca El Vivero in Brunete

"Un entorno encantador, perfecto para disfrutar sobre todo con niños o grupos. El comedor un poco ruidoso pero es normal con los grupos. Probamos el cabrito, que estaba muy tierno, y unas croquetas caseras que estaban bien. Sin embargo, encontramos que el precio fue elevado para lo que comimos, el iva no esta incluido en el precio de la carta y cobran el pan. Lo que sí destaca es la atención del personal, ya que los camareros fueron muy amables y atentos durante toda la experiencia. Un lugar bonito y con buen servicio, pero a mi parecer con un poquito de margen de mejora en la relación calidad-precio."

Ana y Davinia, muchísimas gracias por vuestra atención desde el primer momento que entramos por la puerta a Informarnos hasta que acabó el día de nuestra boda. Sois un encanto como personas pero como profesionales aún mejor! Hicimos la boda a nuestro gusto y en ningún momento hubo un NO por respuesta. Todo estuvo riquísimo, la atención de vuestro equipo y la organización de todo el evento. No podemos decir nada más que cosas buenas. Sin duda repetiremos en otras celebraciones seguro. "It has been a month since the date we celebrated our wedding party in La Finca El Vivero. We should have written down our review over here sooner - after the party I mean - but we were waiting for our wedding pictures from our friend that was our photographer on that date to upload with this review. Normally when you want to organize a wedding in Spain you are recommended to reserve a restaurant/ a place at least 6 months before. In our case, it was complicated cause I’m still a student, my husband doesn’t live in Spain and we had 3 months only to organize the wedding. So since the first moment I came to the restaurant El Vivero to talk to Davinia and explained our situation, Davinia was willing to be our wedding planner with all of her enthusiasm. She offered us all of services that the property had to make sure that we would have our best wedding ever. And it was true what I was told. We really had a good time! Our idea was celebrating a Spanish wedding (I’m not Spanish and my husband is Australian) to introduce to our friends Spanish culinary and culture. Catching the idea, Davinia and her staff made a stunning event not only for us but also for our guests - our friends from 14 countries. It must say that everyone was satisfied with the Spanish food and the service. We must mention that on the date we were celebrating the wedding, the weather was extremely bad - there was a "historical deluge in over 50 years backwards in Madrid". I think you will remember that date - the 3rd September - when all of our cellphones rang at once when the government alert warning arrived to recommend us not to go out if it was unnecessary. Due to the deluge, the staff still tried their best to serve us meanwhile they were wet. It was very touching. We were pretty grateful to Davinia and her staff for their best service to supply us a completely happy day. P/s: Davinia and Anna, you have shown to our international friends not only the Spanish gastronomy but also the Spanish hospitality culture through your service. Thank you so much again from our hearts for helping us to have that happy day with our relatives and friends and for becoming a part of our memories when we talk about our wedding. "One of my go to, for roasted lamb in Madrid. Despite having expanded over the years, the service, which is family run, is always helpful and friendly. It also has a nice area for kids to play. Will definitely continue visiting."

"Experiencia de 10, de verdad es un gusto cuando te topas con gente que te hace la vida fácil y esq Ana y Davinia son gente extraordinaria lo que destacaría es su sinceridad y humildad para todo tanto para la gestión como para el asesoramiento. Volvería a elegirlas una y mil veces. La comida y el servicio también fue de 10 el Chuletón increíble se partía solo. Los invitados salieron súper contentos todos me felicitaban la ensalada de gambas con mouse de queso fue un acierto total. Gracias por todo y nos seguiremos viendo."

"A nice family place with good and fast service. We shared Sweetbread, red peppers and Calamari as tapas, then two nice cuts of Beef with fries and salad that we shared among us (3 adults and one kid), one bottle of wine, only one desert (for the kid) and only one coffee for 130€. The sweetbread were not salted and a little too cooked. The Beef was excellent (meat was age dried, which was not indicated with a perfect flavor and correctly cooked - I.e. "bleu" and "rare"). The service of the meat was made on a very hot terracota plate allowing for extra cooking needed be. Good selection of wine and we had a nice Ribera for 32€ (indicated as 20€ on vivino so not outrageously priced). Good bread as well. Overall very nice time with family even though a little pricey."
